We serve older adults and those who care for them. Our signature program is the 'Forget-Me-Not' Senior Wishes Program(making dreams come true for elders). We award scholarships for students studying aging services and gerontology and honor outstanding community & business partners and individuals who work and/or volunteer in the field. The OHC Fdn. is a catalyst for changing the way society thinks about aging; caring for the elderly, and creating excitement about the field of long term care and aging services.We love volunteers and have opportunities across the state to help make dreams come true for our elders!!!
