DPI, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 1980 and located in San Jose, California. Our mission is to prepare individuals with disabilities for jobs in Information Technology (IT), and identify IT job opportunities in San Francisco Bay Area businesses. We believe the field of Information Technology offers exciting career opportunities to people with disabilities because it provides a "level playing field" with regard to many disabilities. DPI offers three programs which work together to help local residents with physical and sensory disabilities develop the motivation, tools, and skills required to pursue careers in IT.
