Second Chance Small Dog Rescue (SCSDR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Elkhart, Indiana. We are dedicated to giving a second chance to small dogs that are in need. We take in strays, retired breeders, owner surrenders, other rescues, and any other small dog in need. The dogs are placed in foster homes where emphasis is placed on getting them medically up to date, spayed or neutered, socialized, housebroken and obedience trained if needed. Our goal is to place our dogs in forever homes.
