Operation Snowball, Inc. is the central office for 80 local Chapters of OS. Most Chapters are school-based in Illinois, however there are chapters in neighboring states as well as 30 International Chapters (primarily in Lithuania). We provide Chapters with training and support so their youth and adult leaders, as role-models, can raise awareness, teach and inspire their peers to avoid the pitfalls of alcohol, tobacco and drugs and lead healthy, safe and successful lives.
