The Pennsylvania State Foster Parent Association provides academic scholarships to foster, adoptive and biological children of foster parents. PSFPA is a voice for the foster care community. We work with law makers and the general population on increasing the publics knowledge on foster care and the issues. We offer support to foster families through a peer support program. We provide a blanket and suitcase to every child that enters the foster care system
