The Exceller Fund purchases horses who are in danger of going to slaughter and supports them until the horse is adopted or for the rest of the horse's life. The Exceller Fund works with other organizations to rehabilitate and retrain the horse for a new career. While The Exceller Fund focuses on Thoroughbred racehorses who need a helping hand, the fund has also rescued Standardbreds, Paints, Hanovarians, and Belgian Drafts.
